We are currently hiring Production Associates to support final packaging and production operations at a growing manufacturing facility in Colonial Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, assembly, or production experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities for growth.


Key Responsibilities


+ Assemble boxes and packaging materials

+ Package finished products and shipping components

+ Perform labeling and packaging activities according to established procedures

+ Conduct quality inspections and identify defects

+ Support material handling and inventory-related tasks

+ Utilize RF scanners and inventory tracking systems

+ Assist with line setups, changeovers, and production support activities

+ Complete production documentation accurately

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Follow all quality, safety, and operating procedures


Qualifications


+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or material handling environments

+ Experience working in a fast-paced production setting

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

+ Dependable attendance and solid work history

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs.


Preferred Qualifications


+ Experience using RF scanners

+ Packaging and labeling experience

+ Quality inspection experience

+ Inventory or material handling experience

+ Knowledge of TPM, 5S, or similar manufacturing practices

+ High School Diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
