AC Sweepers & Maintenance – Now Hiring!AC Sweepers & Maintenance is hiring dependable team members for our parking lot, street sweeping, airport, and grounds maintenance operations!We offer full-time and part-time positions with day and night schedules at our Kennesaw and Morrow locations.Positions AvailableAirport DriverOperate a sweeper vehicle to clean and maintain airport areas and customer locations. Perform vehicle and safety inspections, report maintenance needs, and provide professional customer service.Route/Sweeper Driver – Night ShiftOperate sweeping vehicles to clean and maintain streets, parking lots, medians, and construction sites.Responsibilities Include:Safely operate sweeping vehicles on assigned routes and projects.Perform power sweeping, hand sweeping, shoveling, hand-picking debris, moving obstacles, replacing traffic cones, and using power blowers.Perform pre-start, recurring, and periodic vehicle and safety inspections and report repairs or maintenance needs.Monitor vehicle speed, dust output, water usage, mileage, debris loads, and changing site conditions.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Communicate effectively with customers, employees, management, officials, and the general public.Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, attendance, timekeeping, reporting, and assigned work.Perform additional duties as assigned.Grounds Maintenance / Porter – Day ShiftResponsible for keeping company facilities and assigned areas clean, safe, and presentable to employees, customers, and the public.Responsibilities Include:Remove trash, litter, and debris from assigned areas.Haul and dispose of trash and debris.Hand-pick litter using a picker.Wipe down trash lids, windowsills, and other common areas.Maintain clean and presentable grounds and facilities.Perform general cleanup and other duties as assigned.Some lifting may be required.General RequirementsMust be at least 23 years of ageMust have a valid Georgia driver's licenseMust have a clean driving recordMust be able to work flexible hoursEffective listening, communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivatedTeam PlayerMust be able to pass 10-year FBI background check (for Airport)Available to work on weekendsApplicant must provide a clean MVRBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits AvailableOvertime OpportunitiesVacation & Sick LeaveBonus ProgramCompetitive Hourly Wage Based on ExperienceCareer Growth OpportunitiesFull-Time & Part-Time OpportunitiesAC Sweepers & Maintenance is a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.Apply today and join the AC Sweepers & Maintenance team!
