Pay: $18.50 per hour


Hours: Monday - Friday from 5 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll support daily warehouse operations, helping to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy across our facility. You’ll work closely with the operations team to help meet production goals and maintain smooth workflow.

What You’ll Do


As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing thorough safety inspections of the forklift before each shift to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitoring fluid levels such as oil, water, and fuel, to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Ensuring packaging lines are stocked with empty pallets and communicating inventory needs to supervisors.
  • Safely removing palletized bags from production lines and transporting them to the stretch-wrapper for secure packaging.
  • Operating the stretch-wrapper to secure loads, replacing stretch film as needed.
  • Stacking palletized goods in designated areas carefully, protecting inventory from damage.
  • Contributing to cleanliness and organization by re-stacking, picking up debris, and maintaining equipment.
  • Reading Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and loading trucks with the correct SKUs and quantities.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Conducting physical inventory counts of finished goods as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently, with certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Physical ability to climb on/off equipment and sit for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and supervisors.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Competency in reading and writing English to follow instructions accurately.
  • Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions such as dust, heat, cold, and rain.
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
