What You'll Do
As a Painting Assistant & General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with painting preparation, including taping, laying drop cloths, and surface prep.
Moving materials, furniture, or equipment to ensure a clear and safe workspace.
Helping with painting tasks and general labor duties as directed by the site lead.
Assisting with cleanup duties like trash removal, organizing tools, and sweeping up to uphold a safe and clean environment.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior experience in general labor (painting assistance experience is a plus, but not required).
The physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Physical stamina to work actively on your feet throughout the shift.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to take direction and work well within a team.
