What Youll Do
As a Utility Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Operating a forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently around the facility.
Using a front-end loader to fill fertilizer bins and assist with loading and unloading tasks.
Supporting warehouse and production duties, including general labor and organizational tasks.
Providing maintenance support around the plant and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting in maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience operating a forklift (required).
Ability to operate a front-end loader or similar equipment (preferred, but not required).
Physical strength and stamina to perform labor and maintenance tasks.
Reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, including occasional Saturday work.
Attention to safety and operational procedures.

Location & Schedule
