Qualifications

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Discretion and professionalism in all written and verbal communication
• Current health clearance and required immunizations (or willingness to obtain them)
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Drug screen or habituation form completed (or willingness to complete)
• Completion of Alvita Care onboarding before accepting shifts
