As a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator, you'll oversee and manage work orders related to maintenance and repairs across various building systems. Working closely with maintenance teams and management, you'll ensure timely, efficient, and quality handling of all repair requests, keeping facilities in top condition.

What You'll Do


As a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and updating the work order system to track maintenance and repair activities
  • Prioritizing and scheduling work orders to meet operational goals and deadlines
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
  • Reviewing repair logs and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing internal and external client needs
  • Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and safety inspections are completed regularly
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inventory, and related costs
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to efficiency initiatives

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance coordination, facilities management, or related role
  • Solid knowledge of building trades, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and Work Order management systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • The capability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
