As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, youll be instrumental in applying protective coatings and galvanizing metal parts to ensure their durability and resistance to corrosion. Youll collaborate closely with a dedicated production team, learn valuable technical skills, and play a key role in maintaining quality standards.
What Youll Do
As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing metal parts for coating and galvanizing by cleaning, masking, and organizing materials.
- Operating coating equipment such as spray systems, brushes, and rollers with precision.
- Un-racking, tagging, and documenting galvanized components accurately throughout the process.
- Cleaning galvanized surfaces using hand files, grinders, wire brushes, and similar tools.
- Inspecting finished products for coating or galvanizing defects and repairing imperfections with hot sticks, brushes, aerosol paints, liquid zinc, or torches.
- Ensuring all finished parts meet strict quality and safety standards before shipment.

- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality finishes.
- A willingness to learn and grow skills in powder coating and galvanizing processes.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or coating is a plus but not requiredwe provide on-the-job training!
