As a Packaging & Finishing Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, inspecting, and packaging parts to ensure customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the production team, youll help maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure produktion runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
As a Packaging & Finishing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing parts for coating by masking components and plugging threaded holes to prevent overspray.
- Conducting visual and physical inspection of powder-coated parts to detect quality defects and ensure standards are met.
- Performing touch-up work or minor rework to maintain product quality.
- Wrapping, boxing, and palletizing finished products for shipment.
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and adhering to all safety guidelines at all times.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for 8-10 hours comfortably.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills.

Location & Schedule
