As a Parts & Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, inspecting, and packaging parts to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work alongside the production team to maintain a safe, organized work environment, helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
As a Parts & Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Preparing parts for coating by masking components and plugging threaded holes to prevent overspray.
Conducting visual and physical inspections of powder-coated parts to detect quality issues and ensure standards are met.
Performing touch-up work or minor rework to maintain product quality.
Wrapping, boxing, and palletizing finished products for shipment.
Keeping your workspace clean and organized while following all safety protocols at all times.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand comfortably for 8-10 hours.
Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
