What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Inspecting raw ingredients and finished nutraceutical products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Supporting continuous production flow on processing and packaging lines to maximize efficiency.
  • Filling, weighing, packing, and labeling products according to batch records and production instructions.
  • Preparing products for shipment while maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up processing equipment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation protocols.
  • Adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain an organized and safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in a production environment or familiarity with equipment setup and tear-down (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in clean and safe workspaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer operations.
  • General knowledge of the biopharma or nutraceutical industry or a willingness to learn.
  • Comfort working in various temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments.
