What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
Inspecting raw ingredients and finished nutraceutical products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Supporting continuous production flow on processing and packaging lines to maximize efficiency.
Filling, weighing, packing, and labeling products according to batch records and instructions.
Preparing products for shipment while maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up processing equipment in accordance with GMP and sanitation protocols.
Adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA requirements and company policies.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience in a production environment or familiarity with equipment setup and tear-down (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently in clean and safe workspaces.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with basic computer operations.
General knowledge of the biopharma or nutraceutical industry or a willingness to learn.
Comfort working in various temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments.
