What You'll Do
As a Warehouse and Counter Associate, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter with orders, inquiries, and purchases, delivering friendly, professional service.
Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality standards.
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to uphold safety protocols and streamline workflows.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally within auto parts, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.
Strong attention to detail, especially when reading small labels and part numbers.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Warehouse experience, including order picking, is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial parts, hoses, or fittings is advantageous.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
