As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working in both the Production and Mill Departments. You'll gain hands-on experience building quality wood furniture and managing raw materials efficiently.
What You'll Do
As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you will be responsible for:
Building wood furniture from start to finish in the Production Department
Loading and offloading wood from saws, measuring and marking defects
Sorting wood on pallets by size and color grading
Sanding surfaces and spraying finishes
Cross-training in all production areas to support team versatility
Loading trucks for delivery
Operating roller machines in the Mill Department, guiding 10x1 ft boards along rollers and placing them in designated areas
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including machinery and floor cleanup
What You'll Bring

Woodworking or manufacturing experience
Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs consistently
