As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you'll be an essential part of the manufacturing process, working in both the Production and Mill Departments. You'll gain hands-on experience building quality wood furniture and managing raw materials efficiently, all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Building wood furniture from start to finish in the Production Department
- Loading and offloading wood from saws, measuring and marking defects
- Sorting wood on pallets by size and color grading
- Sanding surfaces and spraying finishes
- Cross-training in all production areas to support team versatility
- Loading trucks for delivery
- Operating roller machines in the Mill Department, guiding 10x1 ft boards along rollers and placing them in designated areas
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including machinery and floor cleanup
What You'll Bring

- Woodworking or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position in Albany, OR offers a Monday through Thursday shift from 6am to 4:30pm, with optional overtime available.
