As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

✅ Operate and monitor food production equipment

✅ Assist with mixing, packaging, and labeling products

✅ Maintain production schedules and workflow efficiency

✅ Follow HACCP, GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures

✅ Perform quality inspections and routine product checks

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards

✅ Support machine setup, monitoring, and basic adjustments

✅ Complete general production and labor tasks as needed

✅ Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly

✔️ Production, Manufacturing, or General Labor Experience Preferred

✔️ Ability to Learn and Operate Production Equipment

✔️ Strong Attention to Detail

✔️ Ability to Follow Written and Verbal Instructions

✔️ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

✔️ Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds

Food Manufacturing Experience

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Knowledge

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.18 - $25.27/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
