Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Days or Nights
Pay:$32.61â$49.28/hour
Shift Differential: +$4.00 Nights | +$3.25 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus:Up to $12,500 New Grads | Up to $20,000 Experienced RNs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.
- Assess patients, monitor changes, and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Educate and advocate for patients and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards.
Requirements
- Current RN license
- BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- BSN preferred
- EMR experience preferred
