We're hiring experienced caregivers to provide dependable, one-on-one care for clients in their homes. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning while following safe care practices.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan (non-clinical).
- Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to help keep the home clean, safe, and organized.
- Monitor clients' overall condition and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the office.
- Follow each client's care plan and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility is required.
- HHA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, patient, and respectful when working with clients and families.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
