Job Description:

As we expand our presence in Miami, the experience of arriving at and departing from the city’s hotels, resorts, residences, and destinations will be as important as the ride itself. This role owns the property-partnership ground game, building trusted relationships across Miami and Miami Beach, securing permissions and agreements, and helping determine where and how we pick up and drop off riders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, hospitality, property or venue operations, travel, mobility, or a related field.
• An established professional network and strong reputation across Miami and Miami Beach’s hotel, resort, real estate, tourism, or destination community.
• Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers while also working effectively with on-property teams.
• A demonstrated record of negotiating and implementing commercial agreements, access permissions, operating agreements, or other multi-party partnerships.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience at a mobility company, venue, airport, or market-launch organization.
• Leadership experience at a prominent Miami hotel, resort, hospitality group, property owner, destination organization, or major venue.
• Experience establishing PUDO locations, transportation plans, valet or curb operations, geofencing, signage, or wayfinding.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and own the property network by developing trusted relationships with hotel and resort general managers, owners, asset managers, residential and building operators, and leaders across various functions.
• Secure property access by sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing the permissions and agreements that allow operations on private property.
• Design and secure PUDO by conducting on-site assessments and operating walks with property teams to identify suitable pickup and drop-off locations.
• Develop strategic partnerships by identifying relationships with the potential to become official or preferred partnerships.
• Translate agreements into launch plans, operating procedures, staff communications, signage, and escalation paths.
