Histocompatibility Laboratory Technologist / HLA Technologist

Location: Boston, MA

Type: Permanent and Direct Hire

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, Day Shift, Every third Saturday off (swap a weekday for Saturday)

Role Highlights:

• High-complexity testing on donor/patient samples
• Manual + automated HLA testing
• PCR, DNA extraction, SBT, Luminex/ELISA, crossmatching

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of commercial/clinical laboratory, blood banking, HLA or molecular laboratory experience or 2 years of histocompatibility experience
• ASCP certification or equivalent
• CHT(ABHI) or CHS(ABHI) certification or in the process of pursuing is preferred
