Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Histology Supervisor to lead our histology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring accurate tissue processing and staining, and maintaining lab compliance with all safety and quality standards. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in histology techniques, and knowledge of laboratory regulations are required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train histology staff
• Manage workflow and quality control procedures
• Perform complex histological techniques
• Ensure lab compliance with all regulations and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely results

Qualifications:

• ASCP certification (HTL or HT)
• Previous supervisory experience in histology or a related field
