FULL DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming correspondence for supplemental requests.
- Log in all correspondence for supplemental requests.
- Locates charts for assignments
- Distributes records and charts to physicians and editors.
- Scans documents
- Reviews discs to ensure data is accessible
- Provide back up for team members.
- Answer status phone calls and emails
Requirements:
- L Typing and data entry skills
- Basic computer software knowledge (Outlook and Microsoft Office a must)
- Sharefile, Access and UPS software all pluses
- Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
$18-$20 DOE
