Job Description
This role offers an experienced histotechnologist the opportunity to perform complex histology testing, support quality assurance activities, and contribute to the reliability and accuracy of laboratory results. The position requires strong technical expertise, supervisory capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sample compliance and laboratory quality. The histotechnologist will work within a clinical laboratory environment and play a key role in supporting patient care through precise and timely histologic analysis.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clinical laboratory setting and involves working with histology specimens, reagents, and standard laboratory equipment. The schedule includes an 11:30 shift with a differential and a 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. shift, requiring comfort with early-morning or off-peak hours as assigned. The environment is fast-paced and quality-driven, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and adherence to laboratory protocols. Team members work collaboratively with other laboratory professionals in a structured setting that supports career progression through defined Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
