    Job Description

    Performs all technical and clerical functions in the histology section according to established operating procedures. Accurately fixes, embeds, cuts and stains tissue for light microscopy. Ensures accurate patient identification.

    Education

    Associate's Degree Medical Lab Technology, Science or related field Required

    Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    Experience

    2 years experience as a Histotechnologist Required

    Licenses

    Amer Soc Clinical Pathology Preferred '383917
