HIT - Epic - Orders Analyst (Orders Transmittal ICON/BUGSY)

Job Summary (Bullet/List Format):

- Remote/telecommute position, full-time (40 hours/week), day shifts (8am 5pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities.
- Senior member of the Core Clinical Orders Sub Domain team (12 15 members).
- Join the Optum Insight team to support clinical systems modernization initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technical configuration, integrations, and Epic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Utilize modern technologies and digital tools to address complex clinical workflow challenges.
- Present system prototypes and functional models to business users.
- Apply 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Epic (Orders/Order Transmittal/Order Sets/ICON preferred).
- Leverage strong communication and analytical skills to facilitate system improvements.
- Epic certification/proficiency preferred.
- Participate in a video/phone interview process (up to 2 rounds, technical and experience-based questions).
