Description:

• We meet once a week for planning sessions
• During junior and senior year, we have prom committee meetings once per week, as well.
• For each fundraising activity, we are working with students every day. Since fundraisers typically last for 2 weeks, we can estimate about 20 extra days of meetings related to fundraisers.
• For junior and senior proms, there are 2-3 days (set-up, prom night, and clean-up.)
• Senior year activities other than the prom require approximately 4 days.
• One day for Street Fest. (Each class sponsors a booth or activity.)
• 2 Fundraisers per year
• At least one large event each year. During senior year there are at least 3 large events.
• One round of campaigns and class officer elections per year
• 1-2 dues drives per year (We do 2 to allow people to pay in installments.)
