Job Summary:Under the supervision of the Non-Athletic Co-Curricular Coordinator the Spanish Honor Society Club Advisor has the responsibility for the development, direction, of nationally recognized honor society which acknowledges students' accomplishments in the study of Spanish. The advisor will also guide students as they contribute positively within the H-KHS and/or world community. He/she shall design practices which will complement the academic curriculum programs offered in the school to promote the growth and development of all pupils. He/she shall perform such additional duties as may be delegated to them by the High School Administration or their designee.
schedule and monitor weekly meetings
perform various secretarial and administrative functions
perform various accounting functions
supervise fundraising
chaperone events and field trips
paperwork and planning for field trips
research for teaching cultural items
attend functions (for example: YFS Community Night)
inform students of SHH requirements
distribute, collect, evaluate student applications
