Description:
Job Summary:§ Adhere to all BOE policies and other co-curricular policies and regulations
§ Gain approval and use all required paperwork for events, fund raisers, field trips, and other events/activities
§ Maintain, review, and revise organization's by-laws
§ Ensure student participation on Board of Education
§ Attend local, regional, and/or state Student Council conferences
§ Schedule and facilitate weekly officer & committee meetings
§ Schedule and hold monthly full-council meetings
§ Complete all necessary and pertinent paperwork with administrative approval
§ Chaperone all dances, events and field trips
§ Organize and run both Bloodmobiles
§ Set-up picture day schedule and make notifications
§ Organize and coordinate the annual Adopt-A-Child fundraiser
§ Fill out and file all financial forms
§ Organize recruitment procedures in the fall
§ Plan teacher appreciation activities
§ Report to co-coordinator yearly
