Lubricates bearings electrical motors etc. in asphalt plants.2. Completes daily inspection check list.3. Assists Asphalt Plant Operator in daily inventory.4. Substitutes for Asphalt Plant Operator as required.5. Performs daily and scheduled maintenance of asphalt plants. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as required.6. Operates equipment to assist in maintenance and repairs.7. Follows OSHA safety and Company regulations and policies.8. Performs other duties as assigned. PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTSHigh school graduate or equivalent preferred.Minimum 5 years applicable experiencetrainingcombination preferredMSHA certified or previous miner certification preferredKnowledge of basic electrical functions plumbing welding cutting belts and bearings helpful.Valid drivers license and favorable traffic abstract preferred.Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics to practical situations.Ability to read analyze and interpret job requirements technical procedures government regulations ability to write reports present information communicate with customers and vendors.Capable of multiple dexterity climbing crouching crawling lying under equipment and lifting or moving up to 75 pounds.Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools welder torches forklift and loader skid steer.Work Hours Flexible including nights weekends and holidays.
