HOA Attorney

Kavaliro is seeking an HOA Attorney to support a client.Qualifications Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.2+ years of legal experience, with exposure to community association law, real estate, or litigation.Strong drafting skills across legal documents, contracts, and/or litigation materials.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, structured guidance.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Professional, direct communication style with clients and colleagues.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Florida community association law (transactional or litigation).Familiarity with developer turnover, governance structuring, or document amendments.Exposure to covenant enforcement, collections, or related litigation.Involvement with Community Associations Institute (CAI) or interest in participation.Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
