Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Hogan CIS Developer to support Payments AFE initiatives. This role will serve as the onshore liaison for an offshore development team while contributing to the design, development, testing, implementation, and code review of Hogan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the onshore liaison for the offshore development team.
Design, develop, test, and implement Hogan application code.
Perform IT and UAT testing of code developed by other programmers.
Execute code migrations across environments.
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure code quality.
Provide technical guidance and support to the offshore team.
Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with engineering teams.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience with Hogan CIS.
Strong experience with Hogan DDA (Deposits) and/or CAMS.
Experience in Hogan Deposits.
Hands-on experience with design, coding, testing, and implementation in Hogan environments.
Ability to perform code reviews, testing, and code migration activities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with other Hogan applications.
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading or coordinating offshore development teams.
