Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Intelligence Developer position! This is a 12 months contract to hire contract-to-hire and will be remote in Charlotte, NC with quarterly travel required.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and develop enterprise reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence and Sigma Computing platforms
Manage daily production support through ticketing system, troubleshooting report failures and data quality issues
Build and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Universes and Sigma datasets that support consistent reporting across departments
Develop and support ETL processes using SAP Data Integrator to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Participate in reporting modernization initiatives by migrating BusinessObjects assets to Sigma Computing
Support business start-of-day operations as first-line technical support for critical reporting infrastructure
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to translate requirements into technical solutions
Optimize report performance and establish reporting standards and best practices
Partner with data engineering teams to maintain cloud-based data warehouse environments including Amazon Redshift
Attend daily scrums and work in 2-week sprints balancing development work with support responsibilities
What You'll Need to Have:
3+ years developing enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions with strong SAP BusinessObjects expertise
Administrator-level experience with SAP BusinessObjects including infrastructure and backend system knowledge
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing or comparable cloud analytics platforms
Strong SQL skills including joins, queries, and troubleshooting data discrepancies across complex datasets
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Data Integrator for ETL development and data integration processes
