Holiday Lighting Installation Technician (Temporary: Nov 15–Dec 15)

Humbug Holiday Lighting is seeking temporary Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians for the 2025 season. This is a short-term position running November 15th through December 15th, with future full-time opportunities for top performers.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working on roofs up to 3 stories. Roofing or similar experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties
  • Work safely on roofs (1st, 2nd, and 3rd story) using ladders and proper safety equipment
  • Operate ladders up to 40 ft and standard hand tools
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced installation team
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements (All Required to Apply)
  • Comfortable and confident working on roofs up to 3 stories
  • Roofing, gutter, construction, siding, window cleaning, or tree-work experience highly preferred
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean criminal background
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather
  • Ability to work 5–6 days per week, including some weekends
  • Willing to work the full temporary season (Nov 15–Dec 15)
Compensation
  • $25+ per hour (depending on experience)
  • Full-time hours available during the temporary season
