    Description

Looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work that fits into your life?

KenCrest is hiring compassionate people to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their communities. Whether you’re a student, a parent, semi-retired, or just looking to give a few hours of your week to something purposeful, we offer flexible shifts during the day, afternoon, and early evening - no overnights required. Some shifts are just a couple hours long; others can be combined into a fuller schedule based on your availability.

You’ll use your own car to provide occasional transportation, which is an important part of supporting someone’s independence.

If you have patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others thrive, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. No healthcare or direct care experience is required, just a caring heart and a willingness to learn.
