Eastern Shore Green Clean LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Home and Office Cleaning Professional to join our team as an Independent Contractor in Haymarket, VA. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services for homes and offices
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, floors, and fixtures
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and workspaces to a high standard
• Use green and eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled windows
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to special cleaning requests
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning required, with references
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in and around Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, and Manassas VA
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule as an independent contractor
• Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Comfort with eco-friendly and green cleaning products and methods
• Must pass a background check
• Must possess a valid Business License
• Must carry personal Worker's Compensation insurance
• Must have up to date General Liability Insurance and be Bonded
