University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Attendants to provide high-quality in-home care services to clients in Fowlerville, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being in a home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to appropriate personnel
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements
- Previous experience in a home care or care giving role is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
