Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
Provide expert guidance on homeowners and auto insurance policies.
Develop and present tailored insurance proposals.
Effectively close sales and build a loyal client base.
Maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on insurance preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most.
Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
A valid Florida Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A minimum of 2-5 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
