Compensation & Perks

  • $50K base + commission

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm inbound seller leads and guide them through the sales process

  • Build trust quickly through empathetic, consultative conversations

  • Evaluate properties using comps, market data, and in-person walkthroughs

  • Negotiate and structure win-win deals

  • Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through CRM

  • Collaborate with leadership and support staff to close deals efficiently

  • Consistently convert appointments into signed contracts

Who You Are

  • Strong sales background (real estate, automotive, solar, roofing, or similar high-ticket sales)

  • High emotional intelligence - ability to connect with people in real-life situations

  • Confident but low ego - coachable and team-oriented

  • Problem solver who can navigate complex conversations

  • Comfortable working in a field-based, relationship-driven role

  • CRM proficiency and strong follow-up habits

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Build a strong pipeline and close consistent deals

  • Ramp to ~$100K+ earnings within ~6 months

  • Demonstrate strong conversion from appointments to signed contracts

  • Become a trusted advisor to sellers navigating complex situations
