About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Full-Time Administrator to join our growing home care team. This critical role serves as the operational backbone of our home care services, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, caregivers, and management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, deep understanding of home care operations, and fluency in both English and Russian to effectively serve our diverse client population.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing outstanding support to both our care team and the families we serve. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates cultural sensitivity, and is passionate about improving the quality of life for elderly and disabled individuals receiving home care services.



Key Responsibilities

Home Care Operations Management

  • Coordinate and schedule home care services for clients, matching appropriate caregivers based on client needs, language preferences, and caregiver qualifications
  • Oversee daily operations including caregiver assignments, schedule adjustments, and emergency coverage arrangements
  • Monitor service delivery quality through regular communication with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and service documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Process new client intake, conducting assessments and coordinating initial care plan development
  • Manage caregiver timesheets, attendance records, and payroll documentation
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and insurance representatives regarding client care

Bilingual Client and Family Support

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients and families, providing information, support
