Job Description


We are looking for a responsible and driven Home Care Administrator to help manage day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about serving the community. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
No prior experience? No problem – we are willing to train the right candidate!


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts and client visits

  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with state and agency policies

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of caregivers

  • Monitor care plans and service delivery for quality and consistency

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Comfortable with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish ) preferred

  • Previous home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train!
