About the Role: ARMANTII HOME CARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Worker to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors promptly
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in homecare, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
