Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care \t
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation \t
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Able to pass a criminal background check \t
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D \t
• Reliable transportation. \t
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized \t
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)
