What Does a Home Care Aide Do?
As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support that helps our clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders or medication assistance as permitted
- Preparing nutritious meals based on client needs
- Providing mobility and transfer assistance
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
