About the Role:
Compassionate Senior Companions Inc is looking for a dedicated and caring Home Care Aide to join our team in Downingtown, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, personalized in-home care. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly and senior clients
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or care coordinators

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Home Care Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related personal care role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and mobility support
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must pass a background check and any required state clearances in Pennsylvania
