Home Care Aide

CareHub In Home Care is seeking a Home Care Aide to support clients in their daily lives and help deliver compassionate, high-quality in-home care in Sacramento, CA.

Position Summary

As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with non-medical daily living activities, supporting comfort, dignity, and independence in their home environment. You’ll work closely with the care team to provide reliable, attentive support tailored to each person’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care support and mobility assistance as appropriate

• Support meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living space

• Provide companionship and encourage engagement in daily activities while respecting each client’s preferences

• Observe and report changes in client needs, behavior, or condition to the appropriate team members

• Follow care plans, documentation requirements, and all safety and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful support to clients in a home care setting

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work within established care routines

• Basic understanding of client support needs, including safe assistance with mobility and daily tasks

• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage time effectively in an onsite environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to document and report relevant observations clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care, caregiving, or a related support role

• Familiarity with assisting clients with daily living activities in a respectful, client-centered manner

• Demonstrated patience and good judgment when supporting individuals with varying needs

• Comfort working as part of a care team and taking direction from supervisors and care coordinators

Compensation

Hourly rate: $19 - $25
