Are you an experienced caregiver, LVN, CNA looking for a full-time or part time job in Santa Barbara and surrounding cities?
We are a staffing and in-home caregiving agency continuously hiring COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS for our elderly clients in Santa Barbara. When you join our team, you will care for clients in a set location in Santa Barbara and surrounding cities.
You are going to be offered a great schedule which has a proper mix of different shifts. We will also need you to work weekends at least 1 weekend per month. We will schedule in such a way that we will try to offer you a consistent number of hours and we are looking for experience and consistencyfrom you. We care about you because you make our elderly clients happy and allow them to live safely in their home.
What would you be doing?
You would be helping the client(s) with their "ADLs" (bathing, dressing and grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, etc.) We will TRAIN you if there's anything you don't know how to do! We do need a standard of requirements and experience from you seen here below in the requirements.
Requirements
Undergo a background check as required by the Home Care Aide Registration of California
You must have a drivers license and a car (to be able to drive to and from your client)
Be compassionate and respectful to seniors and people that need your help
Be reliable
Never be willing to ghost anyone and show respect for others
Be on time for your shift! Always!
