Westfield, new 24/7, Open shifts, 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm. We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with a female patient, following a one-on-one care plan in clients' home, this client is getting discharged from a rehab facility next week, desperately wants to come home, she's not allowed to go home until there is 24/7 assistance in place, 
You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male Personal care Experience
• At least 2 professional work history references
• One year prior eldercare experience 
• Driver’s license, Reliable transportation, and clean motor vehicle record
• Willing to submit to criminal background checks
• Willing to accept a shift every other weekend
• Ability to speak, understand, & write English
