Westfield, new 24/7, Open shifts, 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm. We are looking for Home Care Aides to join our team! You will be directly working with a female patient, following a one-on-one care plan in clients' home, this client is getting discharged from a rehab facility next week, desperately wants to come home, she's not allowed to go home until there is 24/7 assistance in place,

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Personal care Experience
- At least 2 professional work history references
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
- Driver’s license, Reliable transportation, and clean motor vehicle record
- Willing to submit to criminal background checks
- Willing to accept a shift every other weekend
