Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in South Lyon, MI.
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature.
