What you will do as a Homecare Attendant 

  • Create wonderful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, & errands
  • Take customers to appointments (using a company car)
  • Personal care services

*Must work a minimum of 20 hrs/wk to accrue leave

 **Must work a minimum of 30 hrs/wk to be eligible for benefits 

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate well both in writing and orally
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to a variety of circumstances, situations, and people
  • Be available to work various shifts
  • Meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
  • Have basic computer knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Maintain a valid Kansas driver's license
